Nurturing Talk

Nurturingtalk@primary is a targeted and flexible intervention programme designed to develop children's language and thought processes, helping them to talk effectively with other children and adults. It is used with children who have social, emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties, initially on a one-to-one basis

If you would like to become a Nurturingtalk@primary  trainer, Clare is offering e-tutorials on a bespoke basis.

The cost is £75 for a 2 hours e-tutorial. This includes a Trainer DVD. You will need to buy a copy of NT@P training booklet and the Talk Frameworks with Widget symbols before -hand if at all  possible (these cost £40 +P&P). Talking Partners

For the last couple of years, Clare has been offering regular trainer e-tutorials in the latest version of talkingpartners@primary. This is available only for those who have already accessed the full Talking Partners trainer package. If you are a TP trainer who has missed out, Clare is continuing to offer 2 hour e-tutorials on a bespoke basis. The cost is still £75 and includes the updated trainer DVD. Talk Volunteers

A second edition of Talk Volunteers has been written by the ESCAL team in Sheffield, with Clare's help and support. This effective one-to-one intervention trains volunteers to deliver a series of 24 activities, all designed to develop chilldren's communication and language skills. Clare is offering a series of one hour e-tutorials for Talking Partners Trainers to give them the background and information to run this training for themselves.
