How we work

We'll build a bespoke programme of consultancy to suit you, working with head teachers, subject leaders, teachers and teaching assistants as required across your school. Dependent on the issues you want to address, our consultancy can include observation, providing training, working directly with children, providing support packs and reviewing and creating policy and practical documentation.

Our approach is most often built around a plan of auditing, talking, observing, planning then implementing and feeding back.
